Airport Transfer Refund Policy

Our airport transfer refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

You can get a full refund if you cancel more than 12 hours before the trip.
If you cancel within 12 hours or miss the pickup without contacting us, you will not be refunded.

Example

If your airport transfer is scheduled for April 1st at 15:00, you can cancel and get a full refund before April 1st at 03:00. Cancelling after April 1st at 03:00 will not be refunded.

Chartered Car Refund Policy

Our chartered car refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

You can get a full refund if you cancel more than 12 hours before the trip.
If you cancel within 12 hours or miss the pickup without contacting us, you will not be refunded.

Example

If your chartered car is scheduled for April 1st at 10:00, you can cancel and get a full refund before March 31st at 22:00. Cancelling after March 31st at 22:00 will not be refunded.
