Orders for same-day service cannot be placed on the same day. Orders for the next day must be placed by 15:00 on the previous day. Additionally, a fee of 2000 yen will be charged for next-day orders. For example: For a service order on April 6, the latest order time is 15:00 on April 5. ✳If you need next-day service or have a tight schedule, please contact our customer service directly. ✳To ensure a smooth travel experience, we recommend placing your order by 24:00 on April 4 for services on April 6.
※ The basic fee includes 30 minutes of waiting time. If you think 30 minutes is too short, you can add this option when booking. If we cannot contact you or if you do not get on the car at the appointed place within the waiting time, this reservation will be automatically canceled without any refund.
