Airport Transfer Service Refund Policy

Our airport transfer service refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time or for no-shows without prior notice.

Example

If your airport transfer is scheduled for 15:00 on April 1st, you can receive a full refund if you cancel before 03:00 on April 1st. Cancellations after 03:00 on April 1st will not be eligible for a refund.

Chartered Car Service Refund Policy

Our chartered car service follows a similar refund policy to ensure consistency.

  • Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time.

Example

If your chartered car service is scheduled for 10:00 on April 1st, you can receive a full refund if you cancel before 22:00 on March 31st. Cancellations after 22:00 on March 31st will not be eligible for a refund.
