Airport Transfer Service Refund Policy

Our airport transfer service refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time or for no-shows without prior notice.

Example

If your airport transfer is scheduled for 15:00 on April 1st, you can receive a full refund if you cancel before 03:00 on April 1st. Cancellations after 03:00 on April 1st will not be eligible for a refund.

Chartered Car Service Refund Policy

Our chartered car service follows a similar refund policy to ensure consistency.

Full refund is available for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time.

Example

If your chartered car service is scheduled for 10:00 on April 1st, you can receive a full refund if you cancel before 22:00 on March 31st. Cancellations after 22:00 on March 31st will not be eligible for a refund.
